Principles
1. Fiscal Responsibility.
Nevada has heard a lot about a tax revenue shortage. The real problem, however, is the current legislature’s spending problem. Despite the myths, there are significant cuts that can and should be made to balance the budget before government considers any new taxes.
2. Education
A strong and robust public education system can do wonders for Nevada. Education is the foundation for any community, and ours has a long way to go. We can solve the short-term deficit problem without significant cuts to education.
The first two principles work together to create more jobs. Low taxes and renowned education in the Southwest’s only business-friendly state will attract new industries and bring with them new jobs.
